How to Register

To register, please follow these simple steps:

Select Your Class or Kit and Complete Payment
Choose and book your class or Little Sprout Library Kit using the options listed below.

The listed price is for one child. If you'd like materials for additional children, please make sure to add "additional child" to your order, or you'll only receive materials for one child.

**Please note that the times listed next to the "Little Sprout Library Kit" and the "additional child" selection are required by our web host but are not relevant to the actual product details.**

Sign the Waiver (if attending class)
All participants are required to complete a liability/hold harmless waiver before attending a class. You can either:
– Print and sign the waiver using the template below and bring it to class, or
– Arrive a few minutes early to complete one in person.
(You only need to sign once, unless your information changes.)
